"I interviewed multiple orthodontists when it was time to get braces for my kids. I knew Dr. Jordan and his staff were the most qualified by far from the moment I met him. The first orthodontist I met with insisted my kids needed teeth pulled immediately...and that "time was running out to get expanders for them." Just know that if an orthodontist recommends this - run!! Pulling teeth should be the very last option. It's a lazy approach that will ultimately compromise your child's jaw shape and smile in the long run. Dr. Jordan took one look at my kids and said - "let's wait a bit for more baby teeth to fall out and see what happens to the spacing." That was the right move. My son had a tooth grow into the roof of his mouth... and within a couple of months, Dr. Jordan and his team pulled that tooth forward and his teeth look amazing! My daughter just got her top braces off after only 8 months... and her teeth are perfect! Beyond Dr. Jordan's obvious suburb experience, his staff is amazing at what they do... and everyone is extremely kind. My family actually ENJOYS going to the orthodontist. Also - they are ALWAYS on time and super accommodating with scheduling. Dr. Jordan and his team go above and beyond - and our family highly recommends them!"
"I haven’t Had braces for a decade and Dr. Jordan remembered me immediately and that made me feel soo good. I have A hard time using my second hand done was very sensitive to making a retainer work one handed. If the new one didn’t work he’d remake it. He cares and I love That. Love this practice."

Both my kids had braces by him several years ago and I decided to get Invisalign earlier this year after seeing a selfie I took of my friend Darlene & I smiling. I noticed how crooked my teeth were compared to hers and she had done Invisalign with Dr. Jordan as well. I had traditional metal braces as a teen, but my teeth shifted over the years and my jaw was broken last year in a bike accident, so I had to wait for my jaw to heal before getting braces again. "After an extremely disappointing experience at another highly publicized ortho office, we found Dr. Jordan. Dr. Jordan worked with my son who had lost a year in braces at the other clinic and needed tremendous bite adjustments. "I just love Dr. Jordan and ALL his staff. I decided to go with Invisalign and it turns out I have stubborn teeth. After doing all my trays and an additional 3 sets, my teeth STILL weren’t where they should be so I ended up in braces afterall. Even though I should have been completed with my treatment by now, they didn’t give up on me. Additionally, they didn’t try to “nickel and dime” me with the extra treatments. They are a GREAT practice. Ethical and awesome aren’t words that are usually in the same sentence, so look no further for your Orthodontic needs; you won’t be disappointed!"

"I interviewed numerous orthodontists in North Fulton when trying to find the right fit for my daughter. While this was not the closest practice to my house, I had multiple people recommend Dr. Jordan so I figured I should at least go in for a consultation. I came to Dr. Jordan’s office with a child who was traumatized by past dental experiences and refused to even open her mouth for a dentist. Dr. Jordan was kind, explained everything to my daughter before any work was done, and he slowly earned her trust.The ortho technicians here are also amazing. They were patient and took extra time to allow for a nervous girl with a sensitive gag reflex. They got to know my daughter and treated her with respect. They even allowed me to sit near her while she was in the ortho chair to put her at ease.The front office is always a pleasure. They are friendly and accommodating. They answer the phone when you call, they help navigate insurance, and they help you out when you have to reschedule or are running a few minutes behind. Another important consideration is that this is a full time orthodontist office. If my child had a loose bracket or a wire that felt funny, they were able to work us in to quickly fix it.My daughter is starting her second round of braces now that all her adult teeth are in and she walks into the office with a smile on her face! "Our first appointment went great! It was a fast and easy process. Within an hour we had our X-rays done, scans for our Invisalign and set up a financial plan! We should receive our Invisalign mouthpieces in a few weeks! Staff was amazing!! We are super happy about everything so far!!Edit: we had our first fitting appointment on 4/19The appointment was about 30 minutes. We received 20 mouthpieces and do not have to go back for a visit until the end of June and that is a virtual appointment!! Invisalign is so much easier than traditional braces we’ve done in the past with our older kids."

"I have never met anyone who is more caring, considerate, kind and loving then Dr. Jeff Jordan and his staff! They truly go out of their way to make sure you and your child are completely comfortable with everything going on! He talks to the kids and explains it to them because Dr Jordan gets its their mouth and (although young) they deserve the respect to be told what the treatment is, for how long and what he needs them to do! He equally talks to the parents about what all treatment options are and together you make a plan (and follow it)...my daughter was in and out of braces in less then two years...and that includes the expander time. "My experience with Dr. Jordan and his friendly staff exceeded my expectations. I had scheduled a few consultations (with other orthodontists in the area) before meeting with him and was on the fence regarding Invisalign. I had done my research and became increasingly concerned over the rather noticeable lisp some Invisalign ‘wearers’ exhibited. I’m in a field of communication and didn’t feel comfortable risking my speech clarity for any given length of time. Dr. Jordan was the only professional who was straight with me and I appreciated his honesty. To achieve my desired look, braces would be the better option for my needs. So, I bit the bullet and a year later, I am more than satisfied with the finished product. Dr. Jordan and his staff were attentive, flexible, and reassuring throughout the process. "I grew up sucking my thumb until I was eleven years old. I never really cared if my teeth were crooked or about the damage I was doing to my mouth. I only realized how grateful I really am after I had obtained my braces, and when they started fixing my teeth. Because I had sucked my thumb for so long, I caused massive damage to my mouth, and I even trained my tongue to swallow wrong. In the beginning, before I was able to receive braces, they put a retainer on the roof of my mouth to widen it because I had narrowed it by pushing my thumb up constantly. They also attempted to help me stop sucking my thumb by placing two rubber bands in the shape of an X in front of my teeth, so I wasn’t able to suck my thumb. I also had what was called a deviated swallow. A deviated swallow is when you swallow by pushing your tongue into your teeth instead of placing it on the roof of your mouth. Even though I quit sucking my thumb, I still swallowed wrong. Dr. Jordan recommended us to a therapist, who corrects people’s swallows, a myo-therapy specialist. We went to him and over 7-8 months I corrected my swallow. Because I previously swallowed incorrectly, I basically was undoing all of Dr. Jordan’s work. While he was trying to straighten my teeth, I was just counteracting his work. I had two rounds of braces. I had them in elementary and into the beginning of middle school, and then I received them again in 8th grade until now, when I recently had them removed. I am so grateful that I was able to have the chance to correct my teeth and to be able to learn my lesson. Dr. Jordan is the best! He completely transformed my teeth, and has improved my life and my confidence!"
"My name is Carson Kendrick and I have been going to Dr. Jordan since I have been real young. Let's just say when I walked in, I had some screwed up teeth. Like really screwed up. Dr. Jordan calls me the "one of everything kid" because I had everything wrong with my teeth imaginable. My first day there, I had two brackets put on my first two teeth. This was because I had a HUGE gap between my front two teeth. You could put your thumb through the gap. That gap got patched up. Then a couple months later I had a palate expander put in. This made my smile larger than what it would have originally been. 1 year later it was taken out and my smile looked much better. Another problem was there, my front four teeth weren't growing in properly. Dr. Jordan sent me away to go get them taken out. 4 front teeth gone for about a year, then they grew back in. But, my teeth were still trying to do some football formations (they were all over the place), but Dr. Jordan had his plan of attack. We went with a full set of braces. A couple months later, x rays showed that my K9s were not growing in properly, so we had to have surgery done to take those out and brakets were placed into my gums so that the k9 in my gums could be "chained" out. That was a long and painful process. After all that, my braces were kept on for about another 6 months, middle of 8th grade rolled around and Dr. Jordan gave the orders to "take em out." Braces gone, beautiful smile remained. Through the years, I've had a lot of great results with Dr. Jordan. If you need braces or you are a "one of everything" problem child like me, go to Dr. Jordan and don't look back."
"Back in the 90's Dr. Jordan was our families orthodontist and my mother loved him and the ladies at his office. Now I have two kids of my own that needed braces. After several consultations with other orthodontists, it was very clear that we should go with Jordan Orthodontics! They were the most thorough, answered all of our questions and offered a payment plan that worked for our family.It is undeniable that Dr. Jordan loves his job and each patient that walks through his door!The ladies at the front desk are the BEST! They really are. From appointment questions to emails and anything in between they are on top it.The waiting room has wifi, magazines, comfy seats, bathroom, separate kids waiting/play room...oh and coffee :)Jordan Orthodontics is chock-full of talent with a smile. "We highly recommend Dr. Jordan! Our daughter had an extreme overbite and protruding teeth and because of thumb sucking, the arch in her roof of her mouth was pushed up to too high and narrow. The thumb sucking also forced her jaw down and back so it looked like she had a receding chin and jaw. He first applied the expander when she was 9 - 11 and then we took the braces off until the rest of her baby teeth came out and molars came in. Then, from 13-15, he focused on her teeth and jaw. In the middle of this session, he suggested she see a therapist to break her tongue thrusting issue. We delayed, but then saw how it was affecting her teeth. Treatment was taking longer then normal because she was counteracting Dr. Jordan's treatment. So, we signed up with Ryan at Myodysfunctional Studies. It was a 6 month treatment that changed our daughters life. She had tongue thrusting issues and a deviated swallow, that were affecting her speech, eating, drinking, sleeping, physical appearance, focus and confidence. She had to learn how to eat correctly (at 15 - I never even could see she had an issue eating, but now understood why she was such a picky eater. I did not know that her food choices were all soft because they were easy to wash down with water). Her food choices changed because now she could swallow and was no longer avoiding hard to swallow food. She has also learned how to not be a mouth breather, less drooling at night when sleeping, talks more fluently, no slurs with letters: t,n,d, l, s. The tongue is one of the few muscles in the body that is in the center and requires both left and right brain activity. Ryan said that is normal to see children who recover from a deviated swallow to improve in their focus. She learned awareness and how to take control of her tongue and sh e started to become more focused in school and life. Now, that we are done with the treatment, I feel like we have a different girl living with us. Of course it could be maturity, but it doesn't matter, she eats better, has expanded her diet, has taken ownership of her life, is doing better in school, is more responsible, can speak more clearly, doesn't have to worry about her tongue messing up her braces, etc...just to name a few benefits of both treatments (orthodontic and myotherapy). We don't think it was a coincidence that Dr. Jordan and Ryan at Myo were at the same time of all of these changes. And then on top of all of that, Dr. Jordan spent an extra 5 months (after payments were already completed for the agreed upon amount of the project) to help move her receding jaw back up (without surgery) - and he did move it significantly!So, we were so excited to bring home our really happy teen, who is so excited that her braces are off and her jaw and profile have been restored and the negative affects of the deviated swallow will allow her teeth to stay straight!"

"I had horrendous teeth as a child. Gap between the front teeth, vampire teeth, overcrowding that caused a few of my teeth to be a nearly a centimeter behind the rest...it was a mess.With Dr. Jordan, I first got an expander to widen my mouth, then braces for a bit over a year. It's amazing how different my teeth looked (and continue to look) today. I get complimented on my smile...if only people had known what it looked like before!The office has always been professional and courteous. Dr. Jordan has been a member of the community--I think I even went to elementary school with his kids. Overall, definitely worth the money. I truly thought I was hopeless, but now I have straight teeth and a nice smile!"
"My two daughters and myself (as an adult) have gotten braces by Dr. Jordan. He and his staff are the most down to earth, honest, friendly people. He is not the type of orthodontist that feels the need to put braces on every person that comes in for a consultation. We have referred people to his office who were told by him that it wasn't necessary to get braces. He also advised us our daughter did not need to have surgery on her jaw after we were told from another local orthodontist that it would be in order to correct her bite. He was able to correct it without such drastic measures. We are always promptly seen. As a patient of his as an adult, the process has been so easy, I wish I would have done it years ago."

"In April of 2014 my sixteen year old son was in Atlanta getting medical treatment for a concussion he suffered while playing Ice Hockey. At that time it was determined that he would need an MRI. MRI's are a fantastic imaging tool providing you don't have braces. Unfortunately, my son had braces and needed them removed, promptly. Through a friend we were lucky enough to find Dr. Jordan. "Both my son and I have been treated by Dr. Jordan and his team. I received orthodontic treatment from Dr. Jordan both pre- and post-orthognathic (jaw) surgery. I started treatment with Dr. Jordan approximately 3 years ago, and he continues to be interested in my case and see me for routine retainer-checks and to discuss potential future treatments I may need from my primary dentist or a periodontist. I feel very comfortable as an adult patient in this office - there are almost always adult patients being seen when I am there. My teenage son entered orthodontic treatment with Dr. Jordan about 2 years ago...his braces are off now, and Dr. Jordan continues to see him for retainer-checks. Dr Jordan (a parent of teens himself) treats the youth patients with the same respect as the adults...and welcomes parents in the exam area for questions or to explain treatment. Dr. Jordan's team is respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy...both in advance and for emergency visits. They were also very helpful with managing our insurance - even when there was an initial coding problem with my payment plan (my insurance's fault, not Dr. Jordan's office) I never had to personally contact my insurance...I let Dr. Jordan's team know and it was fixed within days.
